I placed an order with you (Invoice No. 272302) at approx
15:20pm
on Friday, 16th July and thought I would probably receive
the item
at the end of next week as it was so close to the weekend.
Imagine my surprise when the postman delivered it at 11:15am
this morning - Saturday 17th! . . Now
that's what I call service!
I have no hesitation in recommending you to family, friends
& indeed,

Dear sirs, I ordered a TRI/83301330 Pressure Relief Device for
a Triton shower on Tuesday evening
25th May and the goods arrived this morning Thurs 27th May. The
shower is now fixed & everyone
in the house is happy. This is a well deserved note of grateful
thanks for your excellent service,
keen pricing and swift delivery - all as promised. You deserve the
business based on this level of
customer service which is rare in Britain today. I will certainly
recommend you to others.

Please add my compliments to you customer comments . . I
ordered a new shower head for my
Triton shower in February, unfortunately I then found within 2 weeks
it was leaking. The help I have
received from Shower Spares UK to solve the problem has been fantastic.
They immediately sent
me a new one including a reply paid envelope to return the old one.
Despite their best efforts we have
now got the 4th shower head which seems to be working beautifully.
Customer service excellent

Dear Sir(s), I am so impressed
with your internet service
and speed of delivery i wish to place this on record.
I placed my order on Saturday evening and took delivery of the part
before lunchtime
on Tuesday and the pricing was extremely competitive and the main
reason i placed the order.
But now if I require any further spare parts l will certainly be

A big thank you ! I received a new cover assembly for my
Mira Extreme shower this morning,
fitted it and after 2 weeks have a fully working shower.
I would just like to say thank you for the assistance I have been
given in diagnosing the fault and
the courtesy shown at all times by your staff during our telephone
conversations. The parts have
been despatched in a very timely manner and this demonstrates to
me the professionalism shown
by your staff who are a credit to the company.
I would be sure to use you again and to recommend Shower Spares
to any of my friends

A First Class Service:
Dear Sir/Madam, I just wanted to say what an excellent service
and how impressed
I am by your company.
Firstly a website with the easiest of parts diagrams and parts
numbers for a novice like me.
Secondly a first class price on parts and no delivery charges, or
surcharges for this and that
e.g what you see is what you pay for (I wish Airplane and Holiday
companies were like this).
And lastly a first class delivery, ordered Mon, here today (Tues)
and already fitted by a novice.
Thank You, it makes a totally refreshing change. I appreciate all
of your help and service and

Hi Sales, It isn't
often that I feel compelled to send a message following purchasing

however I called to order a part on Friday and the order was taken
and I received the part this morning,
