DELIVERY : :
Delivery is subject to availability, but normally goods are dispatched within 24 hours, providing
orders are normally placed between Monday AM and Friday Noon (Bank Holidays also apply)
All products are carefully & securely packaged to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

Should any item delivered be damaged in transit, or should any items or parts be missing
from your order, you should notify us immediately by phone, fax or email.

OUR PRICES : :
The prices shown on our website are in £ sterling. (Prices displayed are normally fully inclusive of
VAT and delivery to the Mainland UK - unless other stated on the web site at the time of ordering)

Payment is normally on a pro-forma basis unless otherwise agreed (i.e: trade accounts) which
can be made online via SSL secure server, by fax, by post, or by telephone using any major credit
or debit card as described on our site. Payment by cheque is welcome, but will require clearance
via the banks prior to your order being processed (please allow up to 5 days for delivery).
Any discrepancy in pricing will be advised to you by email, fax or phone and you will have
the opportunity to revise or cancel your order at that stage.

Shower Spares UK will endeavour to respond to complaints 'next working day', but guarantee
to respond within five working days.

Photographs, examples and descriptions are for guide purposes only: Sizes, capacities and
dimensions quoted are approximate and also for guidance purposes only. Shower Spares and
their suppliers reserve the right to change the specification of its products without notice.

OUR GUARANTEE : :
Goods supplied by Shower Spares UK will normally carry the manufacturers and suppliers
default warranties and guarantees, but should you have any problems or concerns with any
products supplied by us, please return within 10 days and Shower Spares UK will be happy
to make a refund or exchange providing they are in perfect condition.

Disclaimer: Whilst every effort is made to ensure goods supplied are in perfect condition,
Shower Spares (D.R.Showers Limited) cannot be responsible for accidental damage or loss.

CLAIMS and REMEDIES : :
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, please retain the product in its original
packaging then, please inform us immediately by email claims@shower-spares.co.uk or
telephone: 0871 855 6838 and we will then make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation.
If the product is proved to be faulty you may opt either for a replacement or for a full & prompt refund.

FORCE MAJEURE : :
Shower Spares UK shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out,
industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond our control.

STATUTORY RIGHTS : :
Your statutory rights are not affected.
